At Braille Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are in brand new, un-skated condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.
Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to send your package back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
